PayEx och Ludo Mobile AS lanserar personliga mobilabbonemang

Personally optimised mobile phone subscriptions – a reality in Norway. Will the market follow suit?

Mobile phone operators have long run the rule over the possible options in what is a jungle of subscriptions and the customer has been relatively restricted in choosing to send cheap text messages, surf the Internet for free or make low cost calls. What the operators have lost on one service, they have made up for through the margin on another.

PayEx has developed Norway’s first subscription model for the mobile phone operator Ludo mobil AS, where the customer creates his/her own subscription with discounts to suit each individual user.

Consequently, PayEx is ready to offer the rest of the market the same type of solution.

Ludo Blå is Norway’s first mobile phone subscription that is based on a “mix and match” concept. Each customer composes his/her own personal subscription and thus receives good discounts on those services that are used the most, but avoids high costs for other services.

It is certainly not by chance that Ludo mobil has chosen to cooperate with PayEx.

“PayEx has the ability to see problems and solutions from the customer’s perspective and is also very innovative,” explains Ole Norstad, Deputy Managing Director at Ludo mobil AS.

According to Norstad, Ludo Blå is proof that PayEx takes its customers very seriously.

“We approached PayEx with a good idea for which they then developed a solution, which subsequently was declared pure genius by the trade press,” he continues.

The cooperation between Ludo mobil and PayEx has led to Ludo Blå becoming Norway’s most state-of-the-art product within its genre.

“Ludo Blå, which was brought out just over a month ago, has worked perfectly from the start and has become an immediate success,” sums up Cato Storm, Managing Director, OKB AS (subsidiary of PayEx) who has been involved in developing the product from the very beginning.
